Phuket has a two season tropical climate. The prevailing winds come from the southwest during the rainy season which; lasts from the month of April to November and from the east during the dryer season which- prevails from December to March.
Being an island and rightfully located: Phuket receives cool sea breezes which stabilizes the climate, helping Phuket get much cooler than Bangkok.
